Casinacho

Casinacho looks simple at first glance, and for the first twenty minutes it is. You drag matching tiles together to clear the board, and the early levels basically play themselves. Then the layouts start stacking pieces on top of each other and you realize there's a memory element hiding under the calm surface.

Controls are all touch and drag, and they're responsive enough that mistakes feel like your fault rather than the game's. What I appreciated most was the pacing: no timers screaming at you, no forced restarts. You can sit with a tricky board for as long as you want, which is rare for this kind of game.

By the middle chapters the board designs get genuinely clever, using tile positions to trick you into obvious-but-wrong matches. I lost a few boards purely to overconfidence. It's the kind of game I kept open in the background and returned to whenever I had a spare minute.
