Tide Command: your supply line is the real fleet
I lost my first three Tide Command missions and couldn't figure out why until I noticed my ships were running dry mid-map. In this game logistics is the game.
Before committing a fleet anywhere, map your fuel and repair coverage. A powerful fleet stranded past its supply range is just a slow-moving target, and the AI knows it.
The campaign maps each hide one chokepoint that forces a rethink. Learning to identify that chokepoint early saved me from building the wrong fleet for the wrong map.
Don't overextend to grab objectives. I learned to secure a supply corridor first and expand from it, which felt slow but won consistently.
It's a demanding game and not a casual one, but the payoff when a carefully planned campaign comes together is genuinely satisfying.
